I joined HTB straight from university as a Payroll Administrator. The main reason for wanting to join, was my previous experience of volunteering at HTB and being part of such a wonderful team.
My time at HTB has been nothing short of amazing and I will always be grateful for the opportunity to be a part of the vision and focus of HTB. It has been a privilege to work for a faith-based organisation whilst progressing in my career. I feel it has been a perfect match. I have developed my communication skills and improved my excel skills, while being involved in some interesting projects such as the implementation of the government Furlough Scheme.
Working at HTB has also greatly influenced my faith and my relationship with God. Being able to worship and pray with colleagues’ multiple times a week is something I do not take for granted. It is a blessing to be able to go to work and feel open enough to speak about Christianity and faith with those who want to see you grow and strengthen your faith – this is something I will always cherish.
