Who Are We?
HTB Group is made up of four charitable organisations: HTB Church, Alpha International, the Revitalise Trust and St Paul’s Theological Centre, with a Professional Services function that provides expertise and support to all four charities.
Our Vision & Values
Our Vision is to play our part in the evangelisation of the nations, the revitalisation of the church and the transformation of society. Our organisational Values - Audacity, Unity, Generosity, Humility and Tenacity - underpin all that we do. We aspire to be a truly multi-cultural, multi-ethnic and multi-racial organisation with a staff team that reflects society today. As a Christian organisation, our faith is an integral part of our working culture, presenting many opportunities to live out and grow our faith within our work context.

HTB CHURCH
HTB is a vibrant Church of England church in the heart of London, passionate about seeing lives changed in the name of Jesus.
We are one church on six sites with ten in-person services running every Sunday.

ALPHA
Alpha is a global partnership of ministries working together to equip and serve the church. Each office is tied together by our unity and shared vision and mission, but our global organisation is unique in each country.

REVITALISE TRUST
The Revitalise Trust is a catalyst for church planting and revitalisation in the UK and beyond with a vision to see vibrant, Spirit-filled churches in every town and city that not only grow and multiply but bring lasting transformation to their communities.

ST PAUL'S THEOLOGICAL CENTRE
At St Paul’s Theological Centre (SPTC), our vision is to see theology at the heart of the church, enabling people to grow in their knowledge and understanding of God as they follow Jesus Christ, empowered by the Holy Spirit.

Our Professional Services function provides expertise and support to all four charities through our Finance, People (HR), Technical Services, Legal Services, Insurance and Giving teams.
